Comprehensive patient transport back to the Netherlands from anywhere in Europe and the Mediterranean. Full bed-to-bed coordination including ground ambulance at both ends.

Operating from our base at Lelystad Airport with a secondary presence in Italy, EIR covers the primary corridors where Dutch patients require repatriation. If it's within range — we fly.
Our routes follow the travel patterns of Dutch citizens across Europe and the Mediterranean. From the Costa del Sol to the Amalfi Coast, from the Turkish Riviera to the Moroccan Atlas — our PC-12 reaches them all.
All routes operate under Dutch insurance framework agreements, with direct billing to your alarm center or insurer. No upfront payment required for covered patients.
